InnovAge’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model provides all-inclusive  medical, mental health and social care to allow vulnerable seniors to continue living in  their home and communities. 


We are looking for agents who share our vision to support seniors with this all-inclusive  care model. This year-round SEP offers the opportunity for you to add an additional revenue  stream by helping your clients and communities.

Process Application Submission 


We offer an online enrollment application. This application is necessary for participant  registration.

Marketing Flyers
